This clean and classic bathroom had a layout that was functioning but was in need of a facelift. A new quarter-sawn Oak vanity with slab-front drawers and shaker cabinet doors looks fresh when topped with a light quartz countertop, undermount white sinks and polished chrome fixtures. The existing tub received a new surround, using the same 12×24″ ceramic tile we used on the shower walls. The shower was made slightly larger than the original, and we added two rows of mosaic tile as an accent and used a 2×2″ tile for the floor. Two large alcoves and a corner bench completes the shower.
