FAQ

1. How do we receive an estimate?

a. To schedule a complimentary home consultation, or to ask further questions, please call us at #515-255-0731 or complete the form on our “contact us” page to have a member of our team reach out to you

2. How much does a remodel cost?

a. Prices vary from small projects with only minor cosmetic changes like countertops and hardware to more extensive complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. We work with a variety of budgets and help you make product selections that fit within your budget.

3. How long does a remodel take?

a. Depending on the size, complexity, and material availability, anywhere from 2-6+ weeks. Since most of the work is completed by the AIM team, our completion time is often quicker than other remodelers.

4. Will there be a lot of dust during the remodel?

a. Jobsite cleanliness is a top priority for our company, and we thoroughly train our team on our expectations. Fresh drop cloths are put down each day and we vacuum/sweep at the end of the day. While dust is to be expected, we mask rooms off to confine dust as much as possible and use dust collection systems. We also recommend replacing furnace filters frequently during and immediately following the installation.

5. Will we have a dumpster in our driveway?

a. No! This is another factor that sets us apart from other remodelers. We do daily collections at jobs, bringing waste to our central dumpster, so our clients are not left with an eyesore in front of their homes for days/weeks at a time.

6. How does scheduling work?

a. We work jobs on a first-come-first-served basis. Having a signed contract and deposit holds your place on our schedule. Once we begin your project, you are the sole focus of our team of installers.

7. Is there a warranty?

a. We offer a 3-year warranty on installation and labor, with the industry-standard being just 1-year, this sets us apart from our competitors. Clients also receive manufacturer warranties for products installed in their homes.
