Clear Pricing. A major complaint with renovations is blown budgets. While many contractors offer lump sum bids that group together labor and material costs, here at AIM we pride ourselves on our clear and transparent estimates, with line items for all expected expenses. While an occasional unforeseen expense is not uncommon, basic supplies, materials, and labor costs should not be left off of the bid.
