A beautiful black and white kitchen project in Johnston that feels modern but timeless! While it was a complete remodel, we kept the general layout of the space, but made a few key changes that improved the function. We removed the bulkhead and added a new window above the sink. We also turned the island, made it larger, and added an extension to allow for more seating space. Last, we removed a desk to add an additional base cabinet, and space for a built-in microwave and two 24” pantry cabinets on either side of the fridge. We upped the style with a free-standing range hood, picket backsplash tile to the ceiling, and matte Cambria quartz countertops. We finished off the project with a Blanco single-basin sink, matte black faucet and cabinet hardware, LVP flooring throughout much of the first floor, and new case and base throughout the entire house.
