Working with the homeowners’ existing flooring, our team designed a bright and open kitchen with a soft farmhouse vibe. While much of the layout stayed the same, we were able to create a new walk-in pantry, complete with a second full refrigerator, wine fridge, and loads of shelf space, by using space from the large existing laundry room. We built a new arched opening for the pantry, and matched it with a second arched opening for the mudroom and garage entrance. An added second window and wall of elongated white subway tile added brightness to the space.
